Kunming Store is situated on Qingnian Road, the busiest street of the city. Together with Phase 2, which on the opposite side of Kunming store, the total GFA is approximately 116,000 sqm. Certain brands at Kunming Store Phase 2 have already commenced operation since May 2011, With the Successful introduction of stylish brands such as H&M, the Group intends to turn Kunming Store in to a one-stop sopping destination encompassing department store, leisure, entertaining, dining, beauty and salon as well as kids outlets. As at 30 June 2011, the GSP of Kunming Store reached RMB 171 million, resulting in a year-on-year increase of about 27.2%.
